I woke up this morning ready to start my journey, looked out the window to see if my mama cow had delivered her baby yet and noticed a coyote in the birthing pen. I put on my shoes and coat and ran out there to scare him off. Opened the barn door and there stood Mama just as pregnant as she was the night before. So I gave her a quick pep talk about how ready I was for her to deliver while thinking I am sure she is ready as well then shut the barn door and walked back into the house.
Now I can finally begin the first morning of my weight loss journey. First thing, I weighed myself and took measurements so I can keep track of my inches lost as well. Then I made myself a cup of coffee and started meal planning the week, once I planned what we were having it was time to make my grocery list and clean out the refrigerator. I always clean out the refrigerator before going to the grocery store. This makes it much easier to get all the food put away and organized. I shop at Sprouts, Aldi’s and Walmart for my groceries. Today I only went to Sprouts and Walmart as we didn’t need much.
I entered all my information into the Weight Watcher app and I can have 23 points in a day. I am planning out my meals ahead of time so that I know how many points for the whole day I will be using. I am hoping this will help me stay on track and then allow for cheat times. Everyone has to have a cheat once in a while.
For exercise I am going to make sure I get a walk of at least two miles in every day and then do another type strength training on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
