I AM BACK….
It was over a year ago when I was going to work on weight loss and document it all on here, needless to say that went no where. After talking with a co-worker (who has lost 50 pounds since the middle of January) I decided that I can do this and get back to my goal weight. I took the plunge and signed up for Weight Watchers.
If you go back to my February 2017 post you can read about how I got to this point in my life and need to make huge changes…I am on my way to being 50 years old and I do not want to be over weight and unhealthy! I have one year and 9 months until the golden birthday to make this happen. While on this journey I will be sharing with you what I eat and my exercise plan. This will help me to stay on task and meet my goals.
I will be officially starting the program on Sunday, March 25, 2018. With that being said…Sunday’s will be my meal planning and food prepping day along with planning my workouts for the week and I will also weigh in! Yikes…weigh in day!
I bought the fruits and veggies last night so that I would have good healthy foods to snack on instead of sweets and soda. Yes, I love sweets and soda! This is how I got to be 60 pounds (yes you read that right) over weight.
